Gavin specialises in restoration & conservation of antique, vintage & mid-century furniture. Each piece is restored using traditional methods and materials, at our Surrey workshop.

With over 35 years experience, Gavin has both a great knowledge and passion for each piece that comes into the workshop. We guarantee that traditional methods will be used during the restoration and polishing process. We carry an extensive range of aged timbers and veneers which are used for repairs.

 

All aspects of restoration are undertaken, from repairing a broken chair, french polishing a table, re-upholstering a dining chair to the sympathetic restoration of a valuable and much loved period piece.

 

Our clients range from private customers, antique dealers, interior designers to removal & insurance companies.

 

We are also able to assist in other areas of restoration including paintings, ceramics & porcelain, gilding, clocks and marble.
